Sangers Distribution provides bespoke specialist product handling and delivery services for high tech medical and pharmaceutical products, which, by their very nature have specific handling requirements. These products are delivered to both secondary (hospital) and primary (community) healthcare sectors and are stored in dedicated warehousing to MHRA and ISO quality standards. Protocols are in place for the specific handling requirements of the products and a dedicated stock is held specifically for supply to the end user and ultimately the patient.

Sangers Distribution will work closely with hospital pharmacy professionals to provide an extension to their procurement processes, and in doing so, hold a two month stock holding which is "ring fenced" to meet their daily demand. Specific areas of expertise include full cold chain product handling, unlicensed product handling, controlled drug product handling, controlled distribution and risk management, full batch and expiry date controls and full product traceability. A same day delivery service is provided for these products with the lead time being only a matter of hours.
